Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take an additional day to process.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 7 days from the date of order confirmation (around 7 days delivery).
This includes processing + shipping time via our reliable logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, festivals, or carrier delays). We will keep you updated via WhatsApp automation (powered by Dropdash) with order status, tracking details, and any important notifications.
Shipping Methods & Charges
We ship across India using reputed courier partners.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected products.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a certain value (displayed at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order status directly through the courier’s website or by replying to our WhatsApp messages.
Important Notes
Delivery addresses must be complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, someone must be available to receive the package.
In rare cases of delay beyond 7 days, we will proactively inform you via WhatsApp and offer suitable solutions.
International shipping is currently not available.
Changes or Cancellations
You can request order cancellation or address changes only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
